We thought we’d start here! Our products are cheaper than most of the market for a few reasons. Firstly we’re an online only operator with no physical store presence, our overheads are therefore much lower than your traditional jewelry store. Secondly we don’t hold stock, we make to order which means delivery can take a little longer than you may be used to. Finally we have great buying power with our suppliers, this means we get huge discounts that we pass onto your customers.

The short answer is as soon as it’s manufactured to your specifications, quality checked, packaged and shipped to you. How long does this take? Typically 14-21 working days.

If you don’t like it, send it back to us in the condition you received it, within 30 days and we’ll give you a full no questions asked refund. If instead of a refund you’d like an alternative product, just let us know and we’ll ship you a replacement. Please be patient with replacements as we still have to manufacture, package and ship out to you via the most economical route.
